Michael Jackson
Michael joined Harrison Steck after nearly 14 years with the General Services Administration (GSA). Throughout his time with the federal government, Michael worked as a supervisory contracting officer and as a project manager drafting, negotiating, and overseeing federal contracts. His work included representing the federal government’s contractual interests on construction projects, design and engineering efforts, construction management contracts, and other professional services. He is experienced in resolving contract claims and disputes, drafting and utilizing a wide array of contract types, and has extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Michael has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas Tech University. He obtained his law degree from Texas A&M School of Law while working full time for GSA. Since joining Harrison Steck, Michael has represented clients in construction law and litigation matters.
